A Case of Ovarian Granulosa Cell Carcinoma with Pleural Effusion and Ascites

Abstract

|
A case of Meigs` syndrome is reported with the brief review of literatures. This case, 42-year old multipara was referred to our clinic becase of progre ssive ascites, shortness of breath and palpable mass in the lower abdomen. The massive hydrothorax showed in her chest film. The laparatomy and histopathological study revealed 21.5 21.0 8.5㎝. in sized 리그 nodular right overian tumor of granulosa cell carcinoma. After removal of the tumor, ascites and hydrothorax, had been completely subsided within 8 days.
